Second Attempt for duplicate Marksheet & Certificate:

The second copy is only issued if aspirants can prove that the first copy has also lost and they have to give proof for that to department.  In addition to the attain for getting second copy, an affidavit to be presented in before the Class Executive Magistrate to the effect that first copy of duplicate certificate has been lost/destroyed or stolen as the case may be  along with the prescribed fees. Third Attempt for duplicate Marksheet & Certificate:
