The 10th is very important class in the life of an individual. The certificate of matriculation is used further in many situations. The marksheet and certificate of 10th is first primary degree of any citizen of India and has significant value in the life. Haryana Department of School Education issues mark sheet and certificate to the 10th pass outer. The marksheet as its name tells is a sheet on which details about the marks of student that had appeared in the exam is entitled.
Certificate is a document that signifies that the following person has passes the matriculation examination under the board. The certificate is only issued to the passed candidates. Both documents have significant value in the candidate’s life as the whole hard work which they have putted in the studies from the 1st standard to till date is summarised in that one document.
Once, the Haryana Board of School Education declared HBSE 10th Result 2017 online, every private & government schools provide original Marksheet & certificate to each and every students. It’s the first document that Haryana Board issues.
The Haryana Board 10th Result 2017 Marksheet and certificate are further used in many places and admission after 10th class depends upon it. So these documents should be kept in proper care, but sometimes due to some unfavourable situations they might get lost or worst destroys. In that situation don’t get panic students as you can get duplicate copy of marksheet and certificate from the HBSE after completing formalities and paying asked amount of fees.
HBSE gives three chances to their students to get duplicate copy of their Mark sheet and certificate. The procedure for both the time is different.
First Attempt for duplicate Marksheet & Certificate
First duplicate copy, to attain the first duplicate copy of mark sheet and certificate aspirants should submit application form for HBSE 10th & 12th duplicate marks card & certificate. Apply for the Duplicate Marksheet and Certificate by filling prescribed form along with the requested fees as follow.
- If required within a month: 200 /-
- If required within a week: 300 /-
- If required in the two day: 500 /-
Get the application form & photograph attested by the head of the institution in the case of regular school candidate through which the candidate had appeared in the examination and in the case of private candidate who had ever studied in any recognized/Govt. school from the head of school through which the applicant applied for the examination of which the duplicate certificate is applied for giving old roll no, year and session in column 5 in the application form. The candidate who had never studied in any government institute can attest their form any gazette officer of Haryana Government Department or from any ‘A’ class officer. The documents usually send to aspirant’s house by post within in a month, the aspirants can get emergency copy by hand also.
Second Attempt for duplicate Marksheet & Certificate:
The second copy is only issued if aspirants can prove that the first copy has also lost and they have to give proof for that to department. In addition to the attain for getting second copy, an affidavit to be presented in before the Class Executive Magistrate to the effect that first copy of duplicate certificate has been lost/destroyed or stolen as the case may be along with the prescribed fees. The fee schedule to attain second duplicate copy is
- If required within a month : Rs.250/-
- If required within a week : Rs.350/-
- If required in the same day : Rs.550/-
Third Attempt for duplicate Marksheet & Certificate:
To get the third and last copy, the applicants have to apply with a copy of the FIR to be submitted along with the application form if the second copy of the duplicate certificate is stolen. The fee charges for third time.
- If required within a month : Rs.300/-
- If required within a week : Rs.400/-
- If required in the same day : Rs.600/-
